Energy research across campus is diverse and addresses global issues impacting the world. Research on fossil fuels, renewable energy, and energy conservation contribute to instruction, outreach and economic activities. Achieving energy sustainability requires aid from outside participants with various disciplinary and occupational backgrounds. Research projects range from aspects of energy water to economic analysis to wind energy. Research addresses all aspects of sustainable energy research, including technical and social, fundamental and applied, scientific and technological, and short- and long-range goals.
